The summer is off to a great start! We've been so busy that I haven't had a chance to post any pictures from the first two weeks. Here's a look at some of the things we have done so far!

Week One's theme was "Game Show Mania". Each afternoon, the kids got to be participants in a different gameshow.

Week two's theme was "Rainforest Adventure". During this week, we had a few special guest visitors including Bug Man and Rocky the Cockatoo. We also got to be the FIRST ones in Wichita Falls to see Madagascar 3 in theaters! It was a great movie and we had a blast!

The kids made their own "Dirt Cake" with gummy worms for enrichment.

Bug Man a.k.a my husband, Hunter, brought his collection of rainforest bugs to share with the kids.

Lauren from "Zoo 2 You" brought her Cockatoo, Rocky to show the kids because he is a native rainforest bird. She asked them all to scream and make noise so that Rocky would talk back to them...he was a very talkative little bird!

On Friday, after watching Madagascar 3, the kids made Banana Fritters because they are popular in Madagascar. They turned out pretty good and made the cafeteria smell amazing!
